• Older commercial buildings along Chapel Street, where original brick, stone parapets, and disused vents offer classic cavity sites.
• Railway arches and boundary walls near the Irwell, a regular source of late-season call-outs.

Apartments need a slightly different approach

In a block, the nest entrance is often on communal fabric even when the wasps are bothering one flat. We’re used to this: we identify the entry point, treat it directly, and can provide a short written confirmation for your building manager or landlord.
